Nature and technology meet in these scarves, created from my original designs. Each scarf is unique, printed and sewn by me, one at a time. The ink I use forms a permanent bond with the fabric and is light-fast and washable. Every scarf is pre-washed and feels as soft and luxurious as the original silk. To see some of my scarves in person visit Metal and Thread, a really wonderful art and crafts boutique in my neighborhood in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Visit their ETSY shop for their address and more info: MetalandThread.etsy.com

NEW!! 5% OF ALL SALES THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS WILL BE DONATED TO SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAMS IN THE NEW YORK CITY AREA!
Recently, a young female pit bull type dog was abandoned on my doorstep. While researching ways to help her I came across thousands of listings for dogs and cats needing homes. Something needs to be done to stop the flow of unwanted pets. Beside caring for this particular dog, I decided to contribute part of my sales to the best defense against pet overpopulation - Spay and Neuter.
Here is a link to this sweet dog's info and pictures. Cut and paste the whole thing into the address bar of your browser: http://www.adoptapet.com/cgi-bin/public/petsearch.cgi/pet_details?pet_id=1894834&do_count=1
